Problemas con WPML y la carga de archivos multimedia

I installed a compatible theme with WPML, but the plugin is creating problems because I can not upload files to the media gallery.

I have checked the compatibility of all plugins, compatibility issue with WP 3.7 and WP 3.8 and the same thing happens, the error displayed is as follows:
