este error me aparece al intentar instalar un nuevo tema de medico

a que puede ser debido?

Tendrás que ir a la página de soporte del tema en concreto para que resuelvan tu problema.

Tiene pinta que da error 500 por un error de redireccionamiento.

Revisa tu .htaccess.
