Hi, please some help because I can’t do this but I’m positively sure that there was some couple of plugins that must do the magic…

What is needed?

Private site, only accesible by members (no google indexation)
Members only can register when receive a link (invite coupon) from the company where they work (same link to all employees)
when they click on that link and register, a second verification grants acces, only if the company domain is on a list, and then they can do the registration process ( *@companyname.com)
